Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative style of yoga where each pose is practised seated or lying down, allowing your body to fully settle and soften. With the support of props—bolsters, blankets, and blocks—you’re guided into shapes that feel easeful and held. We remain in each asana for up to five minutes, creating the spaciousness needed for the deeper Yin tissues of the body (fascia, ligaments, and tendons) to gently open. This slow, intentional approach may help to release energetic blockages, inviting a smoother, more harmonious flow of energy throughout your system.

Rooted in the principles of Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga works with the meridian lines—energetic pathways that support the health of your organs and overall vitality. As you soften into each pose, your body is invited to move into the parasympathetic state, encouraging rest, release, and deep replenishment. This practice nurtures healing on every level: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
