Private Yin Yoga Terms & Conditions

If you need to cancel your session, I require 48 hours notice (except for extenuating circumstances) to avoid a fee of 50% of the session fee.  I also ask you to give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session.  If you are late for your session, you will need to reschedule and will be charged a missed appointment fee of 50% of the session fee (except for extenuating circumstances).

Please let me know of any relevant injuries, or if your situation changes.

During a private session, if a pose, movement or breathing/meditation does not feel right in your body, please stop and ask me for help. I am here to support you to receive the most from your Yoga practice, and available to discuss your individual needs. We are in this together. Therefore, I make this disclaimer very clear.

Please be mindful of your body’s needs. Be kind to yourself. Please talk to me before your session about any reoccurring or new issues you are experiencing so I can offer extra guidance. I am available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm on 0412 141 591 or email steph.hanley8@gmail.com.

Waiver of Liability: I understand that Yoga, breath work and meditation includes physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress management and relief of muscular and fascial tension. As is the case with any activity such as these, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will cease or adjust the yoga pose or technique and ask for support from Stephanie Hanley. Yoga, breath work and meditation are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practise yoga, breath work and meditation. If my health condition changes, I agree to advise Stephanie Hanley. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Stephanie Hanley.
