​Mental Illness:  I do not offer Energy Healing sessions for those who have been diagnosed with Multiple Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bi-polar Disorder, severe Clinical Depression, or other severe Mental Health conditions.  Due to the complexity of these conditions, Energy Healing may interfere with the recommended medical treatment. By booking a session you are confirming you do not have a severe Mental Health condition.

Liver/Kidney Disease: I do not offer Energy Healing sessions for people who have Liver or kidney disease. Energy Healing speeds up the body's natural detoxification process via the kidneys and Liver. Additional toxins are released during Energy Healing. This would not be beneficial for those who have vulnerable kidneys or liver. By booking a session you are confirming you do not have kidney or liver disease.

Drug/Alcohol Addiction: Energy Healing and drugs or alcohol do not mix.  Intoxification can increase side effects of Energy Healing.  If you are suffering drug or alcohol addiction, please see your Doctor.  By booking a session you are confirming you do not have a drug or alcohol addiction.

Temporary Side Effects of Energy Healing:  Due to energy shifting in the body following an Energy Healing session, some people experience temporary side effects.  Temporary side effects may be experienced shortly after a healing or up to a few days later.  These include: a temporary increase in symptoms, full bladder, diarrhea, cold symptoms (runny nose, sore throat), feeling tired or drained, headache, emotions surfacing, vagueness or feeling light headed.  Some clients go straight into the more positive side effects such as feeling happy, balanced or clear. By booking a session with Stephanie Hanley you are aware of temporary side effects of Energy Healing. If you are worried about your condition or if your problem persist, it is important to seek medical advice from your doctor.

Cancelling and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I require 48 hours notice (except for extenuating circumstances). If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before your session time, you will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. If you reschedule your session less than 48 hours before your session time, you will incur a fee of $50. Fees need to be paid within 7 days of the late cancellation/reschedule date, and/or prior to attending your next session.

Late Arrival for Session Policy

If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced by the time you are late. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session.
