Exploring Your True Nature Ritual

Practise moving with intention, awareness, and presence in your body and life. Invite connection, meaning, and alignment within yourself, and your life process.

The Ritual begins with a short, guided body awareness or meditation practice, useful for settling ourselves into the group session.  We then move into a self-reflection exercise (journal writing or creative drawing).  I encourage and support you to cultivate an honest, accepting, kind, and unconditional loving connection with yourself, and your life process. There is then an opportunity (optional) to share your self-reflection and have group discussion.

The second half of the Ritual is an invitation to soften energy in your body using the nourishing practice of Yin Yoga. We practise letting go and feeling space, inviting the possibility of something new. I offer gentle hands on work to support clearing during the Yin Practice.  We practise Yin Yoga for about 30 minutes. Tea is served for the Ritual.

I hold a non-judgmental, loving space for healing. I genuinely wish the Ritual is beneficial for your wellbeing, and healing. My intention is you leave feeling grounded, aligned, clear, and peaceful.

The Ritual is every four weeks, on a Saturday 3:30pm - 4:45pm in my home work room.
